How to use

1. Remove tight-fitting clothing and apply the arm cuff to your upper arm, 1–2 cm above the elbow.
2. Close the cuff securely with the fabric fastener and position the display clearly visible to you.
3. Sit with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and your arm at heart level.
4. Press the START/STOP button to begin measurement. Remain still and silent.
5. Once the reading is complete, remove the cuff and record your results if needed.
