How to use

1. On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
2. Keep head straight and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. Spray once or twice.
3. Allow excess solution to flow out and gently blow the nose.
4. For deeper cleansing, tilt head to one side, insert nozzle into upper nostril and spray for 2 to 3 seconds.
5. Repeat with the other nostril.
6. Clean the nozzle after each use with hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
7. Use 2 to 6 times daily or as recommended by your doctor.
