At LloydsPharmacy Fashion, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the garments are in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
